Trust & Governance

Trust is a product feature.

Privacy, consent, and the human decision are built into the architecture of MindSync, not bolted on as policy. This is the single page that explains what we will not do, and why.

The permanent statement

The one line that appears on every intelligence output.

The Permanent Statement · verbatim · in-product
The hiring or development decision rests with the assessor.

MindSync produces evidence. It does not make decisions, recommend decisions, or automate decisions. Every score, every Blueprint, every Match Score is evidence in service of a human judgment. The Permanent Statement appears wherever a score could be mistaken for a decision. It is not a disclaimer. It is what we believe.

The seven non-negotiables

The principles that cannot be traded away.

These are not aspirations or policies subject to revision. They are the structural commitments that MindSync is built around.

01
The decision
The decision rests with the assessor
Every intelligence output is evidence. The hiring or development decision is always human. MindSync does not recommend, rank for selection, or automate the decision. The assessor decides.
02
The self-assessment
The self-assessment is never shared
A Cognitive Self-Assessment is initiated, paid for, and owned by the individual. No organisation can ever see it, without exception, unless the individual explicitly and actively consents. This is the single most important promise we make to individuals.
03
Data separation
No cross-organisation data transfer
An individual's data from one assessment does not transfer between organisations. What an employer sees is what was assessed for that engagement. It does not follow the individual to the next employer without their explicit consent.
04
Matching
No demographic signals in PLURITY
The PLURITY matching engine never uses demographic data as a signal. Matching is cognitive-first. Age, gender, nationality, ethnicity, and every other demographic attribute are excluded from the matching algorithm.
05
Identity
Simultaneous identity disclosure
In PLURITY, identities are never revealed to one party before the other. Disclosure is simultaneous: at the moment both parties have consented, each learns who the other is, at the same time.
06
Scoring signals
Raw bias codes are never shown
Bias and leadership signals are processed internally to improve the calibration of the instrument. They are never surfaced to an assessor, recruiter, or organisation in any form.
07
Control
The individual can revoke, restrict, and erase at any time
Any share link can be withdrawn. Any record can be made private. A full erasure request covers every organisation that has ever assessed that individual through MindSync. The individual's right to be forgotten is not limited by the number of engagements on their record.
Privacy and ownership

Who owns what. No ambiguity.

Yours alone

Private self-assessment

Initiated, paid for, and owned by the individual. No organisation can ever see it without explicit consent. This is the reason a self-assessment can be honest: it is a safe space to explore how you reason, not a performance for someone else to grade.

The engagement

Commissioned assessment

When an employer commissions an assessment, the result belongs to that engagement. It does not touch the individual's private record, does not transfer to other organisations, and is governed by the non-negotiables above.

On your terms

Role-anchored assessment

When an individual chooses to demonstrate their capability against a specific role, that assessment is theirs. They initiate it, they pay for it, and they decide who sees the result.

Data and infrastructure

Where data lives and how it is governed.

Data residency
EU · Frankfurt
All data is resident in the EU, in Frankfurt. Specific UAE and Saudi data-residency requirements are addressed at the enterprise-agreement level for organisations that require it.
Framework alignment
Alignment, not certification
MindSync aligns with national digital-skills and workforce frameworks, including the UAE's Dubai Skills Framework (DSF) and Saudi Arabia's ICT occupational classification. It claims alignment, not government accreditation or certification. The distinction matters, and we do not blur it.
Auditability

Versioned, traceable, and defensible.

Every assessment leaves a structured audit trail. Every decision can be explained. Every output is tied to the version of the instrument that produced it.

V
Versioned prompts
Every METIS conversation is generated from a versioned prompt architecture. If an instrument changes, the version that produced each assessment is recorded and traceable.
A
Audit trail per assessment
The structured record of each assessment, including the COGEX profile it was anchored to, the ARCADE scores, and the version of the instrument, is retained for the duration of the engagement.
E
Embargo layer
Assessments can be embargoed: locked from output until a specific condition is met or a period has elapsed. This is used in regulated contexts where timing of disclosure matters.
D
Defensible to regulators
Organisations using MindSync for hiring, promotion, or succession decisions can demonstrate that each decision was based on evidence anchored to the emirate's or kingdom's own workforce taxonomy.
What we are and what we are not

Naming our own limits builds more trust than any superlative.

What MindSync provides
Evidence. The decision remains human. Always. Our frameworks are grounded in cognitive science; parts of the validation programme are ongoing rather than complete, and we say so.
What MindSync is not
A personality test, a psychometric inventory, or a hiring algorithm. MindSync provides evidence; humans decide. One tight disambiguation, used only where a buyer needs the category cleared.
On bias
MindSync is designed to reduce bias, not to eliminate it. The calibration programme for Gulf communication styles is a genuine part of the instrument design, and its validation is ongoing. We do not present it as solved.
On framework alignment
This is alignment with national frameworks, not government certification. The distinction matters. MindSync aligns roles, competencies, and cognitive demand profiles to DSF and Saudi ICT. It does not carry government endorsement.
Privacy, consent, and the human decision are built into the architecture. Not bolted on as policy.
