Trust is a product feature.
Privacy, consent, and the human decision are built into the architecture of MindSync, not bolted on as policy. This is the single page that explains what we will not do, and why.
The one line that appears on every intelligence output.
MindSync produces evidence. It does not make decisions, recommend decisions, or automate decisions. Every score, every Blueprint, every Match Score is evidence in service of a human judgment. The Permanent Statement appears wherever a score could be mistaken for a decision. It is not a disclaimer. It is what we believe.
The principles that cannot be traded away.
These are not aspirations or policies subject to revision. They are the structural commitments that MindSync is built around.
Who owns what. No ambiguity.
Private self-assessment
Initiated, paid for, and owned by the individual. No organisation can ever see it without explicit consent. This is the reason a self-assessment can be honest: it is a safe space to explore how you reason, not a performance for someone else to grade.
Commissioned assessment
When an employer commissions an assessment, the result belongs to that engagement. It does not touch the individual's private record, does not transfer to other organisations, and is governed by the non-negotiables above.
Role-anchored assessment
When an individual chooses to demonstrate their capability against a specific role, that assessment is theirs. They initiate it, they pay for it, and they decide who sees the result.
Where data lives and how it is governed.
Versioned, traceable, and defensible.
Every assessment leaves a structured audit trail. Every decision can be explained. Every output is tied to the version of the instrument that produced it.
Naming our own limits builds more trust than any superlative.
Evidence. Human decision. Always.
MindSync empowers decision-makers with evidence to act, decide and thrive.
