No right answers, no keywords, no gameable signals. The conversation calibrates in real time for how people reason across cultures, so you are assessed on your reasoning, not your manner of expressing it. It runs deeper for higher-stakes contexts, from twelve exchanges up to twenty-two. An optional Professional Self-Portrait lets you add your own account of your character: it is never scored.
