METIS conducts an adversarial cognitive conversation. It is an AI-powered instrument that probes exactly the reasoning patterns, competencies and character qualities specified by COGEX. There is no rehearsable script.

There are no right answers, no keywords to memorise, and no patterns to coach. ARCADE turns METIS observations into measurable evidence. It scores reasoning across four dimensions for each of the 48 cognitive modes. Validity carries the greatest weight: without genuine reasoning, higher Ceiling levels cannot be reached, however polished the answer.

VERITAS stores and governs the individual's verified professional record. It combines peer-confirmed career history, ARCADE assessment results, and attested capabilities into a single record the individual controls. It replaces self-reported CVs and informal references with evidence: every claim is grounded in verification, and the cognitive layer from ARCADE is attached permanently.
Sovereignty is the governing principle. The record belongs to the individual regardless of who commissioned an assessment. An employer's result belongs to that engagement: it never enters the individual's private VERITAS record without their explicit consent.
Share links carry PIN protection, expiry dates, and view-count limits. Each link is individually revocable. A full erasure request covers every organisation that has ever assessed you through MindSync. If you change jobs, your Blueprint and your Credential go with you.
