COGEX
Translate roles into cognitive demand

COGEX is the cognitive demand framework at the start of the intelligence pipeline. It transforms a job description into a precise cognitive blueprint of what a role actually requires. Instead of relying on task lists or qualifications, COGEX analyses roles across three layers: LOGOS, PRAXIS, and ETHOS. By translating tasks into the thinking acts behind them, it defines the cognitive architecture a role demands.

Once the specification is built, COGEX produces a locked profile with nominated modes and competencies, automatically weighted character qualities, and structured Interview and Reference Guides. These outputs anchor every assessment that follows.

Organisations use COGEX to defend their role definitions; professionals use it to understand the architecture behind a role and explore matches in the Role Intelligence Library.

METIS
Reveal reasoning under pressure

METIS conducts an adversarial cognitive conversation. It is an AI-powered instrument that probes exactly the reasoning patterns, competencies and character qualities specified by COGEX. There is no rehearsable script.

METIS exists because cognitive architecture only becomes visible when assumptions are challenged. It distinguishes genuine reasoning from performance. There are no right answers, no keywords to memorise, and no patterns to coach. It adjusts in real time for cultural communication styles prevalent across the GCC, so that reasoning, not expression, is assessed.

It reads the background
METIS reads the individual's CV and context, forming hypotheses about where reasoning is strongest. The CV sets context: it is never scored. No claim made here can be rehearsed into an advantage.

METIS applies four positions dynamically, based on what the conversation reveals. Every question arises from the last answer. Depth scales with purpose: 12 exchanges for standard assessments, 17 for significant roles, 22 for high-stakes contexts.

Contradiction and complexity, introduced to test how thinking flexes. Reveals whether a mind can hold two competing frameworks without collapsing into one.
Resolution
A demand for synthesis under sustained pressure. The final test of whether genuine reasoning can be reached and held after the previous positions have applied their strain.

ARCADE
Score cognition with rigour

ARCADE turns METIS observations into measurable evidence. It scores reasoning across four dimensions for each of the 48 cognitive modes. Validity carries the greatest weight: without genuine reasoning, higher Ceiling levels cannot be reached, however polished the answer.

For professionals, ARCADE produces a longitudinal, portable credential that records the level at which they sustain rigorous reasoning under adversarial pressure. For organisations, it generates the intelligence surfaces needed to make capability visible at cohort and workforce scale.

VERITAS
Own your verified record

VERITAS stores and governs the individual's verified professional record. It combines peer-confirmed career history, ARCADE assessment results, and attested capabilities into a single record the individual controls. It replaces self-reported CVs and informal references with evidence: every claim is grounded in verification, and the cognitive layer from ARCADE is attached permanently.

Sovereignty is the governing principle. The record belongs to the individual regardless of who commissioned an assessment. An employer's result belongs to that engagement: it never enters the individual's private VERITAS record without their explicit consent.

PLURITY is the cognitive talent network. It matches organisations and individuals anonymously based on cognitive compatibility: never on CV keywords, job titles, or demographic signals. Both sides express needs and capabilities in the same framework: organisations publish COGEX Profiles; professionals present ARCADE Blueprints and VERITAS records.

PLURITY solves the coordination problem by ensuring the first filter is always cognitive. Matching is possible at a level of precision and fairness that keyword search cannot achieve.
