What is MindSync?

MindSync is a Cognitive Intelligence Platform for Human Capability. It makes human capability visible, verifiable, and fairly matched to opportunity.

For organisations, it helps define what roles actually require, assess people against those demands, and build better evidence for hiring, succession, mobility, and development. For individuals, it provides a verified record of how they reason, what they have done, and what they are capable of carrying forward.

Why does MindSync exist?

MindSync exists because the world has changed. The Industrial era measured output. The Knowledge era measured information. The AI era must measure judgment.

When machines can hold knowledge and generate output, the scarce resource becomes human judgment: how people reason, what they decide, and whether their standards hold under pressure. MindSync was built to help individuals and institutions understand that capability with greater precision.

Is MindSync an AI assessment platform?

Not exactly. MindSync uses AI, but AI is not the product. AI is the reason MindSync is necessary.

The platform is a response to a world where knowledge and output are increasingly abundant. MindSync focuses on what remains distinctively human: reasoning, judgment, character, responsibility, and the ability to act under pressure.

Is MindSync a hiring tool?

Hiring is one use case, but MindSync is broader than hiring. It supports talent acquisition, succession planning, internal mobility, high-potential identification, leadership development, board evaluation, outplacement, professional self-assessment, and long-term capability mapping.

The deeper purpose is not recruitment automation. It is human capability intelligence.

What problem does MindSync solve?

What is MindSync PROFESSIONAL?

MindSync PROFESSIONAL is the individual pathway. It lets you take a Cognitive Self-Assessment, receive a Cognitive Blueprint, build a verified professional record, explore role matches, and decide when to share your evidence with others.

You do not need to wait for an employer to invite you.

Can my employer see my self-assessment?

No. Your Cognitive Self-Assessment is initiated by you, paid for by you, and owned by you. No employer can see it without your explicit consent.

This is one of MindSync's core non-negotiables.

The seven non-negotiables
How do privacy and opportunity work together?

Your private self-assessment belongs to you alone. If an employer commissions an assessment, that belongs to that specific engagement. If an opportunity is worth pursuing, a Role-Anchored Self-Assessment lets you demonstrate your capability against a specific role on your terms.

You choose what to show, to whom, and when.

What do I receive after a self-assessment?

You receive a Cognitive Blueprint that shows how you reason under pressure, along with your ARCADE Credential and Cognitive Ceiling. Over time, you can connect this to VERITAS, your verified professional record, and use PLURITY to match your capability to opportunities.

Is the self-assessment free?

No. MindSync PROFESSIONAL is an annual subscription with four Cognitive Self-Assessment credits per year.

What is a Cognitive Blueprint?

A Cognitive Blueprint is an evidence-based portrait of how you think. It is not a personality type. It is not a CV. It is not a motivational profile. It is a structured account of how you reason, how you act, and how your judgment holds under pressure.

What is an ARCADE Credential?

An ARCADE Credential is a versioned record of your assessed cognitive performance. It reflects the level at which you sustained reasoning across the required cognitive modes, assessed through METIS and scored by ARCADE.

What is VERITAS?

VERITAS is your verified professional record. It combines your peer-confirmed career history, attested capabilities, and ARCADE results into a record you control. You decide what to share, with PIN-protected links, expiry dates, view limits, and revocation controls.

What is INTEGRA?

INTEGRA is the highest trust state in MindSync. For a professional, it is the strongest signal you can carry: a Gold-Verified career history with a current ARCADE Credential. It shows both what you have done and how you reason now.

What is PLURITY?

PLURITY is MindSync's capability-matching network. It connects professionals and organisations based on cognitive compatibility, not CV keywords, job titles, demographic signals, or personal networks. You control your visibility and decide when to reveal your identity.

Can I stay anonymous in PLURITY?

Yes. You can browse opportunities anonymously and choose your visibility level: Browse Only, Selective, or Open. Introductions require mutual consent, and identities are disclosed simultaneously.

What is MindSync ENTERPRISE?

MindSync ENTERPRISE is the organisational pathway. It helps organisations define roles more precisely, assess candidates and employees against the actual cognitive demands of those roles, build succession and mobility intelligence, and make decisions supported by evidence.

Does MindSync replace interviews?

No. MindSync strengthens interviews. It does not replace them. COGEX generates Interview Guides and Reference Guides calibrated to each role, helping human assessors ask better questions and evaluate capability more consistently.

MindSync produces the evidence. The decision remains human.

Can MindSync decide who to hire?

No. MindSync does not make hiring or development decisions. Every intelligence output carries the same principle: the hiring or development decision rests with the assessor.

How does MindSync help organisations make better decisions?

MindSync gives organisations better signals. COGEX defines what a role requires. METIS reveals reasoning under pressure. ARCADE scores the evidence. VERITAS verifies the professional record. PLURITY connects capability to opportunity.

What is the value for government and public-sector organisations?

MindSync helps government and public-sector organisations align capability decisions with national workforce priorities. For GCC institutions, this includes alignment with the UAE's Dubai Skills Framework and Saudi Arabia's ICT occupational classification.

Does MindSync support Emiratisation and Saudisation?

Yes. MindSync is built to support workforce transformation in the GCC, including Emiratisation, Saudisation, and national digital-skills frameworks. It helps organisations define role demand, assess capability, and make decisions that are more defensible against national workforce commitments.

Is MindSync government certified?

No. MindSync aligns with national digital-skills and workforce frameworks. It does not claim government accreditation or certification. The distinction matters.

Where is MindSync data hosted?

MindSync data is resident in the EU, in Frankfurt. Specific UAE and Saudi data-residency requirements are addressed at the enterprise-agreement level.

What is COGEX?

COGEX translates a job description into a cognitive demand profile. It defines what kind of reasoning, professional judgment, and character a role requires across LOGOS, PRAXIS, and ETHOS. It then produces a locked profile, Interview Guide, Reference Guide, and benchmark for the COGEX Match Score.

What is METIS?

METIS is the adaptive, adversarial conversation. It reveals how someone reasons under pressure. Phase 1 reads the CV for context and forms hypotheses. Phase 2 applies pressure dynamically across four positions: Sanctuary, Pressure, Distortion, and Resolution.

There are no fixed scripts, no right answers, and no keywords to memorise.

What is ARCADE?

ARCADE is the scoring and validation engine. It scores reasoning across Validity, Sophistication, Precision, and Depth. Validity is the gate: without genuine reasoning, higher levels cannot be reached.

ARCADE produces the Cognitive Blueprint, Cognitive Ceiling, COGEX Match Score, and ARCADE Credential.

What are LOGOS, PRAXIS, and ETHOS?

LOGOS describes how a person reasons. PRAXIS describes how they translate reasoning into professional action. ETHOS describes how character holds under pressure.

Together, they form MindSync's architecture of human capability.

What is the Cognitive Ceiling?

The Cognitive Ceiling is the level at which a person sustains reasoning under assessment. It is not a measure of human worth. It is an assessment of demonstrated reasoning against a defined demand profile.

What is the COGEX Match Score?

The COGEX Match Score shows how well a person's assessed capability aligns with a specific role profile. It does not reduce a person to a number. It gives assessors a structured signal about fit, gaps, and development needs.

Does MindSync use demographic data for matching?

No. PLURITY does not match on demographic signals. Matching is based on cognitive compatibility, role demand, verified capability, and consent.

Can organisations see individual data from other organisations?

No. Individual data does not transfer between organisations. If a professional chooses to share part of their record, they control what is shared, with whom, and for how long.

Can individuals revoke access?

Yes. Individuals can revoke, restrict, and erase access according to platform controls and applicable data policies.

Are raw bias or leadership codes shown to employers?

No. Raw bias and leadership codes are never shown. MindSync is designed to support fairer decision-making, not to create new labels or hidden judgments.

Is MindSync unbiased?

No system should claim that. MindSync is designed to reduce bias by improving the quality of evidence, calibrating for cultural context, and avoiding demographic matching signals. Parts of the validation programme are ongoing, and we say so.

Does MindSync automate decisions?

No. MindSync provides structured evidence. Human assessors remain responsible for hiring, promotion, development, and succession decisions.

Fairness
How MindSync approaches bias, cultural context, and what it is not.
How does MindSync think about fairness?

MindSync approaches fairness through better information. A fairer decision requires better signals, clearer role demand, stronger evidence, and greater transparency about what is being assessed.

MindSync does not claim to eliminate bias. It is designed to reduce bias by moving decisions away from proxies and toward demonstrated capability.

How does MindSync account for Gulf communication styles?

MindSync calibrates its conversations and scoring to Gulf communication styles so reasoning is assessed, not expression. Different people communicate confidence, disagreement, hesitation, respect, and authority in different ways. MindSync is designed to distinguish communication style from cognitive capability.

Does MindSync penalise introverts, non-native English speakers, or culturally different communication styles?

MindSync is designed to assess reasoning, not presentation style. The goal is to examine how someone thinks under pressure while accounting for how reasoning may be expressed differently across cultures, seniority levels, and communication norms.

Is MindSync a personality test?

No. MindSync examines demonstrated reasoning under pressure. It does not assign personality types or reduce people to behavioural labels.

EXEGESIS, validation, and what MindSync claims and does not claim.
Is MindSync scientifically proven?

MindSync does not use that phrase. Its frameworks are grounded in cognitive science, behavioural science, decision research, and professional assessment theory. Parts of the validation programme are ongoing, and MindSync states that openly.

What is EXEGESIS?

EXEGESIS is the research programme behind MindSync. MindSync is the applied expression of that research. The research library includes The Inheritance, Cognitive Sovereignty, Homo Machinae, Coordination Intelligence, and the ARCADE whitepaper.

Why does MindSync have a research library?

Because the platform is built on a serious argument about human capability in the AI era. The research library is not a blog. It is a trust asset for institutions, governments, regulated industries, academics, and serious professional users who want to understand the philosophy and architecture behind the product.

Are the illustrative scenarios real customer results?

No. Illustrative scenarios are clearly labelled as illustrative. MindSync is pre-launch and does not present customer outcomes as results.

Will MindSync publish validation evidence?

Yes. The architecture and theory are set out. Empirical validation is a programme, not a finished claim. MindSync's position is to state clearly what has been validated, what is being tested, and what remains provisional.

Pricing & Access
How PROFESSIONAL and ENTERPRISE access works.
How does PROFESSIONAL access work?

PROFESSIONAL is an annual subscription. It includes four Cognitive Self-Assessment credits per year.

How does ENTERPRISE access work?

ENTERPRISE is an annual subscription with a credit balance. Credits are used for assessments, synthesis outputs, and PLURITY introductions. A PLURITY introduction credit is refunded if the introduction is declined.

Do employers pay for every assessment?

Enterprise customers use credits for commissioned assessments and other platform actions according to their plan. The exact structure is defined in the enterprise agreement.

Can an individual take MindSync without an employer?

Yes. That is the purpose of PROFESSIONAL. Individuals can begin with a Cognitive Self-Assessment and build their own record independently.

Results
What results mean, what they do not mean, and how capability develops.
Does a high score guarantee performance?

No. MindSync does not guarantee performance or predict success with certainty. It provides structured evidence about demonstrated reasoning, judgment, character signals, role alignment, and verified professional history. Human assessors remain responsible for decisions.

Can MindSync be gamed?

MindSync is designed to be difficult to coach because the conversation is live, adaptive, and adversarial. There are no fixed questions, no answer keys, and no keywords to memorise. The system looks at reasoning quality under pressure, not rehearsed content.

What happens if someone disagrees with their result?

A result is evidence, not a final judgment on the person. It should be interpreted in context, alongside role demand, verified experience, references, and human assessment. MindSync provides individuals and organisations with clear channels to review, contextualise, and understand results.

Does MindSync label people?

No. MindSync does not reduce people to types, labels, or permanent categories. It produces structured evidence about demonstrated capability at a point in time, against a defined demand profile.

Can capability develop over time?

Yes. MindSync treats capability as developable. A Cognitive Blueprint is not a life sentence. It is a map: a way to understand current strengths, constraints, and development pathways.
